My name is Anders Pedersen, and I’m originally from Denmark. I was born in 1981, so I suppose that makes me one of the younger foodies around.
I’m originally from the north of Denmark, and I lived in the city of Aalborg for four years. Then I moved to Finland for two months in 2007, as I was offered a job there. From there I went on to live in London for a year and a half. Then Copenhagen for two and a half years, and then Valencia in Spain for a year and eight months. I returned to Denmark at the end of June 2013.

I make Danish subtitles for television for a living, so I’m not a professional food critic.
Food is one of my great hobbies, but there are other things in my life too: Reading and writing literature, a huge interest in music (which is probably a bigger interest than food), skateboarding, astronomy, travelling, being with the people I care about, etc.

I’m not going to rant on too much about myself. This website is about the reviews, not me, but you’re always welcome to ask if there’s anything you would like to know about me.
